Was somewhat concerned with the negative reviews. I am no expert at this, but with four spaced seeds to a small container, 1/8" deep in good quality top soil, bottom watered, and under a six light T8 fixture from Home Depot to keep temp ~ 70 degrees in a cold basement, I am getting very good germination.
