Isn't ethyl vanillin the same as alcohol? So, I went to the grocery store the other day to get some vanilla. I knew that regular vanilla extract has about 15% alcohol, but the imitation stuff, though it doesn't say any specific alcohol amount, includes ethyl vanillin.
